Apr 08,  · I specifically compared this album to Kid A because in both cases the bands were making Rock music up until these respective records, but because The Notwist had not gotten any notoriety prior to Shrink, they didn't get any recognition for a project that could have helped pushed the musical landscape forward by nearly 2 years.

8. Aug 05, · I became a fan of notwist after their first album and have followed them for three albums, shrink,neon golden. Shrink is a great album and continue their experimental atmospheric sounds with this album. This album to me has the best compliments of pop, distortion, rock/5(10).
